Welcome to RESTOK. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.shoprestok.com, (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by RESTOK LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. However, colors may look different on your screen than in person, and slight variations in fabric, dye, and fit can occur. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, sizing information, or other content on the Site are error-free. Size charts are provided as a guide only.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless stated. These are calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify your information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States and internationally to the locations shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied.

International orders. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout, and you are responsible for paying them. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs delays are outside our control. If you refuse or fail to claim a package, or do not pay required duties or fees, we may not be able to refund the shipping costs, and [the package may be returned to us or abandoned].

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within a 30-day window after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Not have been washed

  • Have no damage

  • Have the original tags still attached

  • Be packaged properly and sent back to us

Refunds will be issued to the original card payment after the product is returned and inspected. Items that do not meet the conditions above may be refused or returned to you without a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@shoprestok.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the brand name, logo, designs, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and text, is owned by or licensed to RESTOK LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features.
